black eyed bean soup
First rise off beans
Place 1/2 pot water and 1/2 pot chicken broth
Cut carrots and celery
Cook at medium heat for an hour
Keep lid on pot.
Add chopped cabbage 🥬 cut into quarters.
With 30 minutes left Continue cooking with the lid lifted up a bit to let some air out. Stir cabbage when soft to mix with rest of soup.
